Telegram AI bot quota for free prompts, group limits, and paid expansion

Use this guide to understand VibeGuard AI quotas for Telegram groups. Each group member can use up to 10 AI help/prompts for free. Admins control whether AI is enabled, usage stays scoped to the group, and paid expansion applies only when the group needs more AI attention, higher usage, advanced security, automation, or multi-group control.

Before you use AI in a group

VibeGuard is free forever for every Telegram group, but AI usage still needs clear limits so one member or one busy group does not burn through unlimited AI attention.

Before members use AI, an admin should confirm that AI features are enabled for the group. VibeGuard uses group-level feature settings, so one Telegram group can allow Group AI while another keeps AI off or uses only AI recaps.

Each group keeps its own AI usage, settings, Mini App context, recaps, profiles, and moderation state. Check that you are viewing the right group before changing AI settings or reviewing usage.

What counts as AI prompt usage

AI help/prompts are the interactive AI requests members or admins make through the VibeGuard experience.

Common examples include asking VibeGuard to draft a message, explain a topic, rewrite group rules, brainstorm a post, prepare an announcement, or help with a community question.

AI recaps are related, but they are not the same experience. Recaps summarize group conversation history into daily summaries, best-of highlights, message timelines, or optional voice recaps when enabled. Group AI is for direct member or admin prompts.

AI image generation can also be controlled separately from text prompts. If your group has AI images enabled, image usage may have its own limits, surfaces, and gallery behavior.

Free AI prompts for every member

Each group member can use up to 10 AI help/prompts for free.

That gives admins and members enough room to try AI help before the group needs paid expansion. A creator community might use prompts to draft announcements. A marketplace admin might rewrite posting rules. A public group moderator might ask for a clearer warning message.

When a member reaches the free allowance, VibeGuard should guide them toward the next step instead of failing silently. The group can stay on the free forever version and keep using non-expanded features, or the admins can choose paid expansion when the group actually needs more AI usage.

Group limits and member limits

AI quotas work best when they protect both the group and the individual member.

Member-level limits help prevent one person from using all available AI attention. Group-level limits help owners keep total usage predictable across a busy chat.

Admins should treat quotas as a control surface, not a punishment. If a helpful member hits the limit, that may mean the group is getting real value from AI. If many members hit the limit quickly, that may be a sign the group needs more AI attention or a clearer AI usage policy.

Admin controls and privacy boundaries

Admins decide whether AI features are available for the group. If AI is disabled, related commands and Mini App surfaces should stay hidden or blocked.

VibeGuard’s AI experience is designed around backend-controlled routing and quotas. Members should not choose arbitrary AI models from the browser. The product surface handles the request, checks limits, and returns the result in the controlled VibeGuard experience.

AI responses should not be treated as automatic public group posts unless the group explicitly sets up that workflow. In normal usage, members can review the answer first and then choose whether to copy or share it according to the group’s rules.

When paid expansion applies

Paid expansion is for groups that outgrow the free starting point.

A group may need expansion when members want more AI help/prompts, admins need more AI attention for recaps or support workflows, usage grows beyond the free allowance, or the team needs advanced security, automation, or multi-group control.

There is no public pricing table to decode here. The rule is simple: start free, try the included AI usage, and expand only when the group has a real need.

Expected result:

After reading this page, admins should know:

  • Each group member gets up to 10 AI help/prompts for free.
  • AI usage is controlled by member and group limits.
  • Text prompts, AI images, and recaps may be controlled separately.
  • Admins decide whether AI features are enabled.
  • Paid expansion applies only when usage or advanced needs grow.

Troubleshooting:

Problem: A member cannot use AI anymore. Fix: They may have used their free AI help/prompts or the group may have reached a usage limit. Check the group’s AI usage status.

Problem: AI is not available in this group. Fix: An admin may need to enable the relevant AI feature for that group. If the feature is disabled, related surfaces should stay hidden or blocked.

Problem: AI images are unavailable. Fix: AI image generation may be disabled or controlled separately from text prompts. Check the group’s AI image settings.

Problem: AI did not post an answer into the group. Fix: That is expected unless the group has explicitly configured a public-posting workflow. AI answers should stay controlled until a member or admin chooses what to share.

Problem: Usage looks different in another group. Fix: VibeGuard is group-scoped. Each Telegram group has its own settings and usage state.

FAQ

How many AI prompts are free?

Each group member can use up to 10 AI help/prompts for free. Usage above that requires paid expansion.

Is VibeGuard still free if AI prompts run out?

Yes. VibeGuard has a free forever version for every group. Paid expansion applies when the group needs more AI attention, higher usage, advanced security, automation, or multi-group control.

Do AI images use the same quota as text prompts?

AI image generation should be treated as a separate AI surface with its own controls where enabled. Admins should check the group’s AI image settings and usage status.

Does VibeGuard post AI answers directly into the group?

Not by default. AI responses should stay inside the controlled VibeGuard experience unless a user copies, shares, or explicitly routes the response through an approved workflow.

Can admins turn AI off?

Yes. AI features are controlled at the group level. If AI is disabled, VibeGuard should hide or block related AI surfaces for that group.

Try AI help inside your Telegram group, then expand only when the group needs more.
